Research Interests and Experience
Arlo Biere teaches classes that focus in agricultural market structures; detail decision tools in agricultural economics and agribusiness; and study implications for business strategy, agribusiness logistics, and supply chains. He also teaches freshman orientation. His research focuses on supply chains in food and agriculture and the impacts of management decisions on the competitiveness of agribusinesses and U.S. agriculture in general.
