Curriculum Guides

The Department of Agricultural Economics has tremendous resources, opportunities, relationships, and career prospects waiting for you. If you are thinking about changing your major and joining our community, there are several steps we would encourage you to take as your make this important decision.

First, take a look at our curriculum guides and see how many of your classes will transfer to our programs.

Secondly, make an appointment with our Director of Undergraduate Programs Dr. Elizabeth Yeager. She will help you understand all of the possibilities with our degrees, and help you determine if this is where you belong. Your career goals are important to us, and we want to accommodate you as much as possible.

Finally, when you know that our program is the best place for you to be, you need to make a visit to the main office of your current college to complete the appropriate paperwork to change over to agricultural economics and agribusiness.

Once you've completed these steps, WELCOME to the Department of Agricultural Economics.
