John A. Schnittker
A nineteen hundred and fifty graduate of Kansas State University who majored in agricultural economics. For significant contributions to the university as a professor, and to the economy of Kansas, the United States and the world by applying economic principles to governmental problems while serving three United States presidents, particularly by effectuating agricultural policies to serve American agriculture while aiding humanity in developing countries.
